Tax Group

The Business and Tax Groups are integrally connected, and serve local, state, and national business enterprises, non-profit institutions, and individuals. In the tax area, the firm provides clients with planning and counseling for incorporations, acquisitions, sales, liquidations, estate planning, and other tax-related corporate and partnership matters. In addition, the Tax Group represents clients in IRS audits, appeals, court proceedings and securing rulings, and before state agencies and courts regarding state tax problems, assessments, and disputes.

David B. Rudow

Mr. Rudow is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and former Internal Revenue Service Agent. Mr. Rudow's practice focuses on the areas of federal and state taxation, business transactions, real estate and estate planning.

Walter R. Stone

Mr. Stone's practice currently has its emphasis in the area of the acquisition, sale, development and management of commercial real estate, as well as the areas of general business, corporate and taxation law. Mr. Stone is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and has a master of laws in taxation.

Jerald B. Lurie

Mr. Lurie currently chairs the firm's Business Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, real estate, employment, intellectual property, health care and tax law.

Yale M. Ginsburg

Mr. Ginsburg concentrates his practice in Estate Planning & Administration and General Tax Planning. He represents a broad base of clients, ranging from those requiring basic estate planning to those requiring charitable trusts, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, and other sophisticated tax planning techniques.

Andrew Radding
Mr. Radding focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, civil and domestic litigation, and representation of professionals in federal and state courts. He is a former Assistant US Attorney, Maryland.

Mark L. Miller

Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, and the negotiation and drafting of construction and design professional contracts. He is an architect, engineer, and former construction manager.

Robert M. Horne
Mr. Horne focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration and general business law. He is a former Judicial Law Clerk for the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City.

Eric D. Disharoon
Mr. Disharoon focuses his practice on business/corporate law and criminal/civil litigation. His experience also includes family law litigation, tax law and transactional matters.
