The Real Estate Group provides a complete range of services geared specifically to the real estate industry. For commercial clients and developers, this Group renders legal services for the purchase, sale, financing, development, and utilization of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. Our attorneys are experienced in providing counsel in drafting and negotiating acquisition and sales agreements, forming business entities, and drafting and negotiating leases and construction contracts. We represent clients before planning, zoning, real estate tax assessment boards, and other governmental bodies. The Firm is involved in all stages of condominium and other planned community development, representing developers of both new construction and condominium conversion properties as well as associations of condominium unit owners and homeowners.

Mr. Rottman chairs the Firm's Real Estate Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business, and probate. Mr. Rottman is a former Assistant City Solicitor and an Assistant Attorney General of Maryland.

Mr. Rudow is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and former Internal Revenue Service Agent. Mr. Rudow's practice focuses on the areas of federal and state taxation, business transactions, real estate and estate planning.

Mr. Lurie currently chairs the Firm's Business Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, employment, intellectual property, health care, real estate and tax law.
