The Family Law Group counsels clients in connection with pre-nuptial agreements, separations and divorces, child custody disputes, child abuse claims, and a large variety of other related matters. This Group regularly draws upon the resources of the firm's Business, Real Estate, Tax and Estates and Trusts Groups to assist in rendering advice on tax planning and dealing with business interests in the context of separation and divorce. We are experienced in all phases of divorce litigation from identifying and establishing the value of marital property and to resolving other sensitive and complex family law matters. The attorneys in this Group are active on local, state, and national levels, where they conduct seminars for attorneys, judges, and professional organizations.

Michael G. Hendler Mr. Hendler is currently Managing Member of the Firm. He concentrates his practice in the area of family law and litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Paul A. Dorf Mr. Dorf is a former Associate Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Mr. Dorf has devoted his practice to family law, litigation and to alternate dispute resolution.

F. Kirk Kolodner Mr. Kolodner's practice areas include family law, business and commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation, estate and trust litigation, and general civil litigation involving complex suits before federal and state courts.

Andrew Radding Mr. Radding focuses his practice on complex commercial, civil and domestic litigation, white collar criminal defense and representation of professionals in federal and state courts. He is a former Assistant US Attorney, Maryland.

Marc B. Noren Mr. Noren's practice focuses on family law and general civil litigation. He is serving a second appointed term as a member of the Family & Juvenile Law Section Council, Maryland State Bar Association.

Renée Bronfein Ades Ms. Ades focuses her practice in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. Ms. Ades is a past Co-Chairperson of the Family Law Committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City

Carol Ghingher Cooper Ms. Cooper focuses her practice on civil litigation and family law. Her experience also includes criminal litigation matters.
