Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC Grows with New Lawyers and Location

The law firm of Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler (ARD&H) is proud to announce the following additions, effective January 1, 2007.

New Members and Associate in Howard County

Oren D. Saltzman and Brian S. Jablon, formerly principals of Saltzman & Jablon, LLC, have become Members of the firm. They will continue their practices from their existing office location in Howard County, which is now the newest office of Adelberg, Rudow. Karen E. Hess has also joined Adelberg, Rudow and will continue to practice as an associate at the Howard County location.

Mr. Saltzman practices in the areas of taxation, commercial and corporate law, civil litigation, and creditors’ rights as well as estate planning. Mr. Jablon practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, and alternate dispute resolution. Ms. Hess focuses on family law and civil and commercial litigation.

New Members

Our associates Mark L. Miller and Renée Bronfein Ades have become Members of the firm. Mr. Miller, who also holds degrees in architecture and civil engineering, practices in the areas of real estate, construction and design law, contracts, and corporate law. Ms. Ades, formerly the CFO of a leading provider of pharmacy services to nursing homes and the public, practices primarily in the area of family law.

New Of Counsel

Leslie J. Polt has become Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Polt has more than 35 years of national experience representing banks and other institutional lenders in broad areas of finance, lending, loan restructuring, and workouts and bankruptcy reorganization. He has published and lectured extensively on his areas of concentration.
