At Adelberg, Rudow, Ms. Spirko is assigned to the estates and trusts and bankruptcy areas of the practice. She specializes in the preparation of all documents relating to these areas of law, including probate documents, 706 Estate Tax returns and bankruptcy pleadings. Ms. Spirko has over twenty years of legal experience, which also includes personal injury, intellectual property and other civil litigation areas of the law.
She has attended various seminars conducted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, including those on Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy procedures, as well and continuing legal education courses conducted by the Institute for Paralegal Education. Ms. Spirko is also a member of the International Scholastic Order of the Phi Theta Kappa Society.
Ms. Spirko resides in the Crownsville area of Anne Arundel County with husband and her children.
