Michael R. Severino joined Adelberg, Rudow as an associate attorney focusing his practice in commercial and bankruptcy litigation.

Mr. Severino's experience includes complex litigation in the federal, state and appellate courts, including intellectual property, construction and bankruptcy litigation. Additionally, Mr. Severino has experience in professional liability defense, including the defense of both medical professionals and attorneys.

Mr. Severino has conducted and participated in numerous depositions, hearings and trials. Additionally, Mr. Severino has actively participated in numerous appeals, both at the state and federal level (one resulting in a published decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit) and has successfully argued in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Recently, Mr. Severino had an active role in defeating two petitions for certiorari before the United States Supreme Court.

In his leisure, Mr. Severino enjoys reading, outdoor activities, golf and snow skiing.
