Mr. Noren joined Adelberg, Rudow in 1996 as an associate with his area of practice focusing in family law and general civil litigation. He is serving a second appointed term as a member of the Family & Juvenile Law Section Council, Maryland State Bar Association and is presently secretary of that organization and has directed its legislative efforts for the past three years. He is also a past co-chair of the Family Law Section The Bar Association of Baltimore City. Mr. Noren has been selected as one of Baltimore's Top Lawyers of the Next Generation, in the April 2003 issue of Baltimore Magazine. He is one of twenty lawyers chosen and the only family law lawyer to be honored. Mr. Noren was a longtime department head in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and joined the firm after having served as Civil Case Coordinator for the Circuit Court. Mr. Noren served as a consultant to several statewide committees that studied the feasibility of creating a Family Court in Maryland. He also served on several committees that studied and reported on ways to increase access to Maryland courts for low income persons and families. Mr. Noren is a frequent lecturer for the Maryland Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, and has served on the planning committee for many of that organization's programs. Mr. Noren resides in Baltimore County with two sons.
