Mark L. Miller joined Adelberg, Rudow as an associate attorney and became a Member in January, 2007. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, and the negotiation and drafting of construction and design professional contracts.
Mr. Miller is an architect, civil engineer and an attorney. Before pursuing a law degree, he was a construction manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company where he managed land development, construction projects, and portions of construction projects in the $3,000,000 to $80,000,000 range. Mr. Miller also has extensive field construction experience as a carpenter foreman, rigger and concrete laborer.
