Philip E. Culpepper joined Adelberg Rudow as an associate focusing his practice in complex civil litigation.

He has experience in litigating contract, construction, personal injury and domestic cases before district, circuit and appellate courts of Maryland.

Prior to joining ARD&H, Mr. Culpepper spent four years as a civil litigator at a prominent Charles County Law Firm and one year serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Christopher C. Henderson of the Circuit Court for Charles County, Maryland.

In his leisure he enjoys camping, travelling and watching college and professsional football. He lives in Anne Arundel County with his wife and daughter.
