Carol Ghingher Cooper joined Adelberg Rudow as an associate focusing her practice in litigation and family law. Before joining Adelberg, Rudow in 2002, Ms. Cooper participated in the Asper Fellowship Program, where she worked as an intern for The Honorable Carol E. Smith, Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Prior to that, Ms. Cooper performed services as a law clerk with the Legal Aide Bureau. In addition, she worked as a research assistant for an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Law and also worked as an intern for The Honorable Edward J. Angeletti, Senior Judge for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and the Honorable Joseph H. H. Kaplan, Chief Judge for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

In her leisure, Ms. Cooper enjoys attending her children's sporting events, going to the movies and reading. Ms. Cooper resides in Baltimore County, Maryland with her husband and their two children.
