David B. Rudow Mr. Rudow's practice focuses on the areas of federal and state taxation, business transactions, real estate and estate planning. Mr. Rudow is a Certified Public Accountant and former Internal Revenue Service Agent.

Paul A. Dorf Mr. Dorf is a former Associate Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and former Maryland State Senator. Mr. Dorf has devoted his practice to family law, litigation and to alternate dispute resolution.

Michael G. Hendler Mr. Hendler is Managing Member of the Firm. He concentrates his practice in the area of family law and litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Andrew Radding Mr. Radding focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, civil and domestic litigation, white collar criminal defense and representation of professionals in federal and state courts. He is a former Assistant United States Attorney.

Jerald B. Lurie Mr. Lurie chairs the firm's Business Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, real estate, employment, intellectual property, health care and tax law.

Walter R. Stone Mr. Stone's practice currently has its emphasis in the area of the acquisition, sale, development and management of commercial real estate, as well as the areas of general business, corporate and taxation law.

F. Kirk Kolodner Mr. Kolodner's practice areas include business and commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation, estate and trust litigation, family law and general civil litigation involving complex suits before federal and state courts.

Yale M. Ginsburg Mr. Ginsburg concentrates his practice in estate planning & administration and general tax planning. He represents a broad base of clients, ranging from those requiring basic estate planning to those requiring charitable trusts, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, and other sophisticated tax planning techniques.

Oren D. Saltzman Mr. Saltzman's practice includes the areas of taxation, commercial and corporate law, civil litigation and creditors' rights.

Brian S. Jablon Mr. Jablon concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, construction law and alternate dispute resolution.

David B. Applefeld Mr. Applefeld is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, construction law, insurance law, and products liability law.

Marc B. Noren Mr. Noren's practice focuses on family law and general civil litigation. He is serving a second appointed term as a member of the Family & Juvenile Law Section Council, Maryland State Bar Association.

Mark L. Miller Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of business,corporate and real estate transactions, and the negotiation and drafting of construction and design professional contracts. He is an architect, engineer, and former construction manager.

Renée Bronfein Ades Ms. Ades focuses her practice in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. Ms. Ades is a past Co-Chairperson of the Family Law Committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City.

S. Leonard Rottman Mr. Rottman chairs the firm's Real Estate Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business. Mr. Rottman is a former Assistant City Solicitor and Assistant Attorney General of Maryland.

Leslie J. Polt Mr. Polt concentrates his practice in financial services, leasing and business restructuring and bankruptcy. He represents banks, commercial financial companies, leasing companies and other institutional lenders.

Robert M. Horne Mr. Horne focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration and general business law. He is a former Judicial Law Clerk for the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City.

Wendy J. Thompson Ms. Thompson is the senior paralegal assigned to the litigation area primarily in the family law area. She concentrates in the preparation of marital settlement agreements, pre-marital agreements, pleadings and discovery papers and documents.

Sharon P. Lyons Ms. Lyons is a paralegal assigned to the litigation area of the practice and concentrates in the handling of personal injury cases, Workers' Compensation claims, product liability, and civil litigation.

Dianne P. Spirko Ms. Spirko is a paralegal assigned to the estates and trusts, and bankruptcy practices. She prepares probate documents, and bankruptcy pleadings.
