About Us

Ms. Thompson is assigned to the family law practice area at Adelberg, Rudow, and she concentrates in the preparation of all documents related to family law, including marital settlement agreements, pre-marital agreements, pleadings and discovery papers and documents.

She has been involved in the legal profession for over thirty years, concentrating in the area of family law for the last twenty-six years. She has attended various seminars conducted by the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, Inc., (MICPEL) including those on Marital Settlement Agreements, Retirement Assets and Divorce and Child Support Guidelines.

Ms. Thompson has been an active member of the Wisp Ski Patrol and the National Ski Patrol System and is an American Heart Association CPR Instructor and Instructor Trainer. She is also trained as a part of the civilian Medical Support Personnel Team for the Maryland State Police Aviation Division, is a Maryland State EMT-B and has been affiliated with the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Company.
