Renée Bronfein Ades joined Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC in 2000 as an associate and became a Member in January, 2007. She focuses her practice in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. Ms. Ades is a past Co-Chairperson of the Family Law Committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and is currently a member of the Family and Juvenile Law Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association.  Ms. Ades is also an active member of several boards of charitable organizations.
 
Ms. Ades was recently selected as a 2009 and 2010 "Rising Star" by Maryland Super Lawyers. She is a recipient of the 2004 and 2007 University of Baltimore Alumni Association's H. Mebane Turner Service Award. She was named one of two recipients of the University of Baltimore School of Law 2001 Clinical Excellence Award. The Award recognizes the outstanding work she performed in the Family Law Clinic during the 1999-2000 academic year.
 
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ades was a founding principal of Neighborcare. She held the position of Chief Financial Officer prior to its sale to Genesis Health Ventures in 1996.
 
She resides with her husband in Baltimore. They are the parents of two grown sons.
