Jeffrey S. Evans
Associate

Jeffrey S. Evans joined Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler as an Associate in 2011 focusing his practice in the area of civil litigation.

Mr. Evans has over 11 years experience in commercial litigation and securities litigation, including time spent in private practice in Maryland and Louisiana as well as a stint as a Senior Attorney in the Enforcement Division of FINRA where he led numerous investigations into violations of the securities laws and regulations. Mr. Evans concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, and has litigated a variety of different commercial disputes, including: breach of contract; covenants not to compete; non-solicitation agreements; non-disclosure agreements; trade secrets; breach of fiduciary duty and various business torts. Mr. Evans has experience handling all phases of litigation in both Maryland District and Circuit Courts, Federal Courts and FINRA arbitration hearings.

In his leisure time, Mr. Evans enjoys playing soccer and running, as well as watching the Ravens and Orioles. He and his wife, Este, reside in Severna Park, Maryland with their three daughters.
