Eric D. Disharoon joined Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler. LLC as an associate in 2005 focusing his practice in the areas of business/corporate law (forming/reorganizing/dissolving business entities; drafting/revising contracts/agreements, etc.), Employment Law and Intellectual Property. His experience also includes criminal/civil litigation, family law litigation, tax law and transactional matters. Mr. Disharoon received his J. D. cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to the Bar in Maryland.

In his leisure, Mr. Disharoon enjoys a variety of activities including lacrosse, skiing and ice hockey, as well as watching the Ravens and Orioles. Mr. Disharoon resides in Baltimore with his wife, Gina.
