Our Attorneys

Adelberg, Rudow. Dorf & Hendler is a mid-size AV rated law firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, with offices in Baltimore County, Howard County and Washington, D.C.

Although our attorneys come from varied backgrounds and have different interests and concentrations, the Firm is responsive to individual preferences and pursuits. Adelberg, Rudow provides attorneys with the opportunity to work in a general practice firm with the extensive support of attorneys experienced in a wide variety of practice areas. We consider it extremely essential to remain relatively small to provide the individual attention necessary for associate attorneys to expand their area of practice.

Our attorneys are challenged on a daily basis with meaningful and interesting work, and the Members and Associate attorneys work closely together to deliver skilled legal representation. As the Firm has grown, it has worked hard to maintain a collegial and supportive atmosphere.

The Firm believes our professionals have the responsibility to regularly partake in community activities based on each individual’s particular interests. We encourage all of our employees to participate in and volunteer their time with numerous community based programs, including pro bono representation of the needy.  We also support our officers and directors to take leadership positions with non-profit, bar, and civic organizations.

Hiring Practices

Our Hiring Member reviews attorney applications on a regular basis.We seek to hire attorneys with excellent academic records, taking into consideration past work experience, personal accomplishments, community service, and other interests.
